1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OpenMyAnything ("the Service"), operated by Blossend ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OpenMyAnything is a privacy advocacy platform that provides:

• Account deletion guides for online platforms
• Privacy scores and assessments for companies
• Safety evaluations for applications
• Privacy comparisons between services
• Data broker opt-out instructions
• Investigative reports on privacy practices
• Educational privacy guides and resources

3. User Accounts

You may create an account to access additional features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

4. Free and Paid Services

OpenMyAnything offers both free and paid tiers:

• Free tier: Access to 5,000+ privacy guides, basic privacy scores, and core features.
• SeekerPro: Premium subscription at $15.99/month providing access to all premium content across all Blossend platforms.
• SeekerPro Max: Enterprise subscription at $99/month with personal audits, dedicated support, and API access.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

6. Content and Accuracy

We strive to keep our guides accurate and up to date. However, third-party platforms change their processes frequently. Our content is provided for informational purposes and should not be considered legal advice. We are not responsible for actions taken based on our guides, including but not limited to data loss resulting from account deletion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on OpenMyAnything, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Blossend or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of our guides for your own privacy management is permitted and encouraged.

8. AI Training Prohibition

You may not use any automated system, including web scrapers, crawlers, or AI training pipelines, to access, collect, or use content from OpenMyAnything for the purpose of training machine learning models or artificial intelligence systems without our explicit written consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service
• Scraping or automated collection of content beyond what is permitted
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Sharing your SeekerPro credentials with others

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blossend and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your Account Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
